It's not a Diet - WeightLoss Programme. Learn More
The "it's not a diet" Weightloss programme is named so, because it really isn't a diet. I wont ask you to count calories or restrict your eating at any time. This journey is about getting back to a natural way of eating with your body's natural rhythms and signals.
We get to the root of why you are being held back on your weightloss journey so we can move you forward unhinded by the past. Often this is something that is stuck, something from your childhood, such as clearing your plate, or food scarity.
At it's heart weightloss can be as simple as eating less and moving more, but any one who has tried to lose weight knows it is much more complicated than that when our emotions and daily lives get in the way. Through hypnosis and relaxation, we can retrain the brain out of it's past negative and old patterns that are holding you back, and provide you with new positive pathways which will aid your weightloss journey.
We will work on;
-Creating a new healthy relationship with food
-Listening to the natural hunger signals of your body
-Automatically responding to your body's response for food and fullness
-Sugar addiction.
-Stopping Snacking
-Portion control/acknowledgment of being full.
-Increasing your motivation to exercise.
-Achievable goals.
-Increasing your intake of healthy food and cooking meals from scratch.
-Removing any old patterns and behaviours from childhood, such as a "clearing your plate" mentality that may be holding you back.
-Increasing your confidence and self - worth and self-image.
-Hydration and the part it plays.
Alongside these elements we work together on a practical plan of action outside of our sessions that you can stick to, to achieve your weightloss goals.
This programme is for people motivated to create change in their life, for life.
Past clients have lost anything from 5lbs to 1st 9lbs during the 8 week programme, but this programme is really about setting you up for the success of long term and sustained weight loss.

The Main Symptoms of High Functioning Anxiety
High Functioning Anxiety is named so because typically you would never know the person suffering had it. they may appear to function extremely well day to day, holding down a job -often at a very high level. They excel at tasks both ast work and home, and appear outwardly to have everything together. They are often the first to volunteer to help others and are immaculately presented, their homes mirroring this. The strive for excellence in all areas and struggle when they fall below their own very high expectations.
They may seem to thrive on stress and high pressure enviroments. They may seem outgoing and the life and soul of the party, they are the organisers. They are the last people you would think to check on.
Because under that facade the High Functioning Anxiety Sufferer is constantly striving for perfection which they rarely if ever reach, never able go stop, admire or reflect how well they have done or how far they have come. They overthink every decision and outcome, catatrophising events and exhausting themselves by trying to keep up appearances to others. They often tire easily after social engagement.
This results in physical and mental exhaustion they fight, often until illness makes them rest.
