Whether you have been feeing like this for a short time or this has been a long term challenge, Hypnotherapy and my 8 week programme will help you learn to recover from and manage your Anxiety for life.

How It works...

 

My Anxiety Programme will help you gain control over your Anxiety in just 8 weeks.  

 

Using Hypnosis and your own motivation for change, we address the main issues that underpin Anxiety; 

​

  • Letting go - being able to let go of memories, events and issues that are holding you back and learning how not to worry about the "small stuff". 

  • Overthinking - the "big one" that we work on throughout the programme. The need to overthink is prevalent in someone with Anxiety all the time, we work to decrease this in every aspect of the clients life. 

  • Confidence and Self Esteem - working to increase your confidence and self worth. 

  • Negative Self-Talk - eradicating the constant negative chatter in your brain.

  • Rationalise - helping you better to rationalise the endless loop of thoughts in your brain. 

  • Fear of the Judgement of others  - people pleasing, saying yes too much and not saying no enough. 

  • Catastrophizing - helping to alleviate the automatic response to worry about events or situations to the worst case scenario. 

  • Labels  - getting rid of labels you may have given yourself in the past, anxious, not good enough, failure, scared, not confidient. Whatever is may be. 

  • Fear of the Future - learning to embrace the unknown and live fully in the present. 

  • New Chapter - Starting your new life free of Anxiety

Throughout the programme I will also work with you to give you practical tools and tips to help you lower your Anxiety - right from the first session it is my goal to empower you to be able to learn how to stop your Anxiety from controlling your life.

Bespoke Sessions 

​

Every programme is bespoke to you, tailored to your needs, working at a pace which suits you. Anxiety is very nuanced in how is manifests for each person, and whilst there are common themes, no two people feel the same, so now two sessions are ever the same. Each Hypnosis session is tailored to your needs, your goals and your life.

Flexibility 

​

The Anxiety Programme can be done face to face in my therapy room, or Online via Zoom. Online therapy works just as well and often clients report enjoying it as they feel very relaxed in their own surroundings. The essential thing is doing whatever works best for you. 

​
