The Fear of Flying programme is specifically designed to help those who experience anxiety when flying. In just 3 sessions you can overcome your phobia and experience the joy of flying and travel once again without any fear or anxiety.
I came to Katie with a fear of flying which led and built up to anxiety. After 3 short weeks and 3/4 hour long sessions I felt a million time better about flying and instead of fearing the experience rationalized it. Since then I have been on work trips flying to Turkey & the US without any issues. I highly recommend Katie to anyone who is living with a fear of flying or anxiety!

Making Flying Easy & Effortless

Since Covid I have seen an increase in Travel Phobia and this programme has helped an lots of clients get back to flying easily and effortlessly. The fear may be holding you back from business opportunities, progression or family holidays. Perhaps you travel, but you would like it to be more relaxing or without the aid of medication. Whatever the circumstances, my Fear of Flying Programme has tried and tested results that have helped clients get back to travelling free of fear.

Bespoke Sessions

Every programme is bespoke to you, tailored to your needs, working at a pace which suits you. Fears and Phobias are very nuanced in how they manifest for each person, and whilst there are common themes, no two people feel the same, so each Hypnosis session is tailored to your needs, your goals and your life.

Flexibility
​
The Fear of Flying Programme can be done face to face in my therapy room, or Online via Zoom. Online therapy works just as well and often clients report enjoying it as they feel very relaxed in their own surroundings. The essential thing is doing whatever works best for you.
