How It works...
My Powerful Public Speaking & Presentation Programme will help you deliver feel calm and confident when speaking and presenting in public.
Using Hypnosis and your own motivation for change, overcome anxiety and fear surrounding presentations and public speaking and replace that with calm and confidence in every situation that requires it. ​

Throughout the programme I will also work with you to give you practical tools and tips to help you lower your anxiety around individual situations - right from the first session it is my goal to empower you to become a powerful public speaker.

This programme is bespoke to you, tailored to your needs, working at a pace which suits you. Each Hypnosis session is tailored to your needs, your goals and your life.

Flexibility

The Powerful Public Speaking & Presentation Programme can be done face to face in my therapy room, or Online via Zoom. Online therapy works just as well and often clients report enjoying it as they feel very relaxed in their own surroundings. The essential thing is doing whatever works best for you.
